Goldratt Research Labs wanted to translate their proprietary Theory of Constraints decision making tool into a mobile app.
The main functionality of the product was to help business and individual users graphically represent and break down problems in a multi-level cascading structure. This presented a unique user experience challenge due to the space constraints on mobile devices.

Forgeahead built Harmony Decision Maker, a mobile app for quick and effective decision making on the move. The Forgeahead team was instrumental in building the application encompassing the best industry standards ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey.
Forgeahead experts designed a user interface that translated all 5 steps of the proprietary ProConCloud decision making method into a mobile app. The app was built native for iOS and Android. A highly intuitive user experience flow that worked for a broad audience demographic was designed.
